I am not distinct on the last bit of the sentence, "which one is the best". I thought it is analogous into the clause in "I'm gonna protect what They can be", the order of object and also the verb is reversed (I forgot what the grammatical term is), "which a person could be the best" need to as an alternative be some thing like "which a single the
